The Regeneration and the Strengthening of Employees’ Mental Health: Designing a Research Methodology

The aim of that research – to design the methodology for examining the linkage between organizational factors and employees’ mental health.

The objectives:

1. To prepare the methodology, enabling to examine the mental health from two perspectives – the organizational and the individual.
2. To identify organizational factors that enhance or damage employee’s mental health and to identify potential barriers and resources for regeneration and strengthening employees’ mental health (pilot-study).
