Aim of the project
The aim of that research – to design the methodology for examining the linkage between organizational factors and employees’ mental health.
The objectives:
- To prepare the methodology, enabling to examine the mental health from two perspectives – the organizational and the individual.
- To identify organizational factors that enhance or damage employee’s mental health and to identify potential barriers and resources for regeneration and strengthening employees’ mental health (pilot-study).
