• guest lecture “Is the Constitution an Export Hit? On the Teaching of Fundamental Rights and Democratic Values in the Context of German as a Foreign and Second Language” by Prof. Dr. Claus Altmayer (Leipzig University);
• presentation „Requirements for German as a Foreign Language Content in the Stalin Era” by Prof. Dr. Reet Bender (University of Tartu).

The event is organized in cooperation with the Department of German Studies of the Institute of Foreign Languages and Cultures of the University of Tartu and takes place as part of the German Language Month in Latvia and German Spring in Estonia.
