Aims of the project

Determination of changes in the RNA-m6A epitranscriptome profile of GBM cells after co-cultivation with CIK cells.

Main activities of the project

CIK cells will be expanded in vitro from peripheral blood mononuclear cells using established protocol (UKB, Bonn, Germany)

CIK cells will be co-culture with glioblastoma cell lines with defined genetic background (UKB, Bonn, Germany)

RNA preparation: total RNA purification form cell pellets; poly-A tailed RNA enrichment (LUHS, Kaunas Lithuania)

Native RNA sequencing applying Oxford Nanopore sequencing technology (LUHS, Kaunas Lithuania)

Data analysis (LUHS, Kaunas Lithuania; UKB, Bonn, Germany)
