ELES-Scholarship (Ernst-Ludwig-Ehrlich-Studienwerk)

This scholarship is open to students having attained an above-average academic performance in their current degree studies; they must be at least five semesters far from competing their degree according to the standard study plan. Candidates are required to show a demonstrable commitment to their social milieu (Jewish communities or other youth, student or social organizations) as well as to the founding principles of the Ernst Ludwig Ehrlich Studienwerk. Applications must be accompanied by a letter of motivation from the candidate and a letter of reference from a representative of a Jewish institution. Applicants must be citizens of the European Union or Switzerland.

German Academic Exchange Service DAAD Scholarships

DAAD offers a wide range of funding opportunities for individuals and institutions in higher education. Since DAAD New York is the representative office for all of North America, its programs are open to students, faculty, administrators, and staff of higher education institutions geographically located in the United States, Canada and their territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, etc).

Alfred Toepfer Foundation F.V.S.

Alfred Toepfer Foundation F.V.S. supports students from the Central Europe who would like to complete a degree program (except Bachelor), a promotion, a postgraduate course or a research project, promotion of the last academic year.

Eligible applicants are students and doctoral students in such fields as humanities and social sciences, performing and visual arts and music, but also in architecture, agriculture and forestry.

BayBIDS grants scholarships to excellent graduates of german foreign- and partner schools, who want to begin a degree in Bavaria. The aim is to ease the start into your studies and to give recognition to the choice and the organizational and financial effort that comes with it. Applications from german citizens are not possible.
