Aim of the project

The aim of the project was to analyze the methodological aspects of the concept of autonomy of law from different perspectives, and to implement the philosophical, historical, ideological and political aspects of this concept in research work. A special attention was spent to the dangers to law and autonomy of law under the conditions of different kinds of dictatorships.
