Aims of the project

This project aims to showcase the diverse range of bioactive compounds and their precursors found in plants, emphasizing their technological significance through the of the Farm/Field to Fork Strategy lens. Furthermore, this project present novel and more sensitive, selective, cost-effective, and environmentally friendly technological solutions for the valorization of plant processing by-products.

Main activities of the project

1. Lab research for the scientific seminar between Lithuania – Germany, and Latvia partners preparation

2. Scientific discussion, preparation for the scientific seminar between Lithuania – Germany, and Latvia partners preparation

3. Scientific seminar between Lithuania – Germany, and Latvia partners (public event)
