Aims of the project
– The formulation of a systematic philosophical discourse on the mind that could challenge the current physicalist and exclusively brain-centred view;
– A critical and comparative analysis of discourses across the philosophical traditions of the West and Indian and East Asian thought;
– The mapping and comparative analysis of practices across cultures used by individuals for the enhancement and maintenance of their mental well-being.

Direct and indirect target group of the project
Direct:
- Students and faculty of Tallinn and Heidelberg Universities ~ 40 people;
- Mental health professionals in Estonia invited to the lecture and workshop ~ 10 people.
Indirect:
- Neurodiverse people suffering from inadequate social attitudes – up to 10% of the population.
