Aims of the project

To enhance cooperation between the faculty and students of PH institutes and departments.

To improve PH education and research quality at the participating institutes and departments.

Main activities of the project

Planning and coordinating the summer school (online)

Conducting summer school at the University of Tartu, Estonia

Evaluation and closing meeting of involved faculty at the University of Tartu to prepare for the next steps

Publicity activities and dissemination (online)

Writing the reports (online).

Public events in the frame of the project

In order to focus on fostering academic exchange and internationalisation in a university setting, no public events will accompany the summer school.

Direct and indirect target group of the project

Direct:

  • Postgraduate students from health sciences or other backgrounds with a career interest in PH who will participate in the summer school  (20)
  • Faculty (senior and junior staff) of the group’s PH institutions who will participate in the summer school as participants in lecturers or parallel sessions  (12)

Indirect:

  • Summer school participants act as multipliers and will disseminate the summer school findings and ideas at their work- and learning places and to the broader PH audience (all staff from participating PH institutions and their enrolled students, approx. 140 individuals).
