The Baltic-German University Liaison Office

  The Baltic-German University Liaison Office operates as a "German Centre" in the Baltic States with the aim of facilitating the scientific cooperation and academic exchange between Germany and the Baltic States.

Within more than 10 years the Baltic-German University Liaison Office has actively facilitated the scientific cooperation between Germany and the Baltic States by organizing scientific events and supporting cooperation projects in different science fields.

The guest lecture “Multilingualism in the 17th-century Europe” by prof. Dr. Helmut Glück (Otto-Friedrich-University Bamberg) and guest lecture “Nobility, merchant class and multilingualism in the 17th-century Europe” by prof. Dr. Mark Häberlein (Otto-Friedrich-University Bamberg).
